Delivery is within 7 working days (subject to availability) and will be to the nearest kerbside or hard standing area. The delivery drivers are not permitted to take the items any further due to health and safety restrictions. In the event of a failed delivery (if you've arranged for the delivery on a certain day and popped out for a bit!) there maybe an additional re-delivery charge to pay and this has to be paid direct to the transport company. It's always best to make sure on your order you leave a mobile phone number which you can be easily contacted on. Please note that the majority of deliveries are free of charge to Mainland England, Scotland and Wales although certain postcodes carry an additional supplement charge.
