Delivery
For UK mainland, delivery is free
Products usually will be dispatched within 3 working days. Henri Studio products are bespoke and delivery times are as stated in the category of chosen products . We will attempt at all times to provide a quick and helpful delivery service on all items.
Defective/Damaged items
Please email us with the item number within 7 days of receipt for us to arrange exchange.
The item must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt and in original packaging.
If the returned item is confirmed defective or damaged, we will replace the item of equal functionality for you.
If the replacement is not available, we will issue a Replaced item if you agree, or refund full amount of item only.
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
We do not issue a refund when personnal defective damage is caused.
There are no exceptions. We do not refund any shipping charges. Refunds wiil be issued only for items that have not been altered in any way and are returned to in its original condition.
If you do not want a replacement There will be a 10% restocking fee on unwanted items, This will be taken off the total refund.

Any items returned for exchange or refund must be returned in an unsoiled condition and in its original packing.
Your right to cancel an order - The law provides you with a right to cancel your order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received your products,excluding henri studio products as these are bespoke products and made to customers own requirements.
